Does Seraf offer administrative access for Enterprise accounts?

Seraf offers multiple points of administrative access for Enterprise & Enterprise Group accounts.
  • Primary Account - This account level has complete access to add new account level investment accounts, change the billing information and add/edit and view all data, including the ability to assign and revoke privileges to other users.
     
  • Administrator Account - This account level can be granted to allow admins to add/edit and view all data within the account with the exception of account level investment accounts, assigning / revoking admin access to others, and changing billing information.
     
  • Investor Account - This account level is "read-only" and typically granted to investors and LPs. Investors can view investments recorded under their account name only and access documents to which they've been assigned visibility. Investors can upgrade their account to Seraf's Professional level if they'd like to add their own investments to track as well. Contact support@seraf-investor.com for more information.

  • Deal Flow Advisor - This account level can accept, view and edit prospects within the Enterprise account. Users cannot modify the pipeline or deal flow process or edit or create application forms, but they will be able to access all other parts of Deal Flow. This option is only available to Enterprise accounts subscribed to Deal Flow Management.
