You can upload multiple documents simultaneously to your Seraf account if you first make them into a zip file or if you merge them into one pdf file. Then you’ll be able to go to Documents & Reports and upload the entire file as one record. Note that documents loaded en masse via a zip file will remain in the zip file, so you may want to group like files together and name the zip file to appropriately reflect the file contents. Upon upload, you can include the file name, date, company or fund name, round name (if relevant), as well as the document type (i.e Deal Document, Investor Update, Financial Statement, Cap Table). Files must be less than 50 MB in size.
Note that Enterprise Accounts and those of their members have Documents and Reports split apart as two separate menu items.
