Someone shared Seraf records with me, but I can't access them. Why not?

If a Seraf subscriber shared records with you, you will need to log in to your Seraf account before you can accept the shared information.

If you are not currently a Seraf subscriber, you will need to sign up first. Please visit our Pricing page, select the plan that fits your needs, and click on the Sign Up button.

In order to receive your first month free, please enter the 5-character promo code provided in the "Share" email from your colleague.

Once you have signed up for Seraf and logged in, you will be able to accept the shared records by clicking on the link in the "Share" email. Information about the company and its rounds of investment will automatically be copied to your account.
