Once saved, KPI values / data points automatically become part of the associated company's Update Report. You can make changes to the value of the actual or target KPIs and to the content of the Update at any time.
To edit an Update and/or KPI values:
- Open a company record by clicking the name of the company from anywhere in your account.
- Go to the Updates & KPIs tab and look for the Updates listed at the bottom of the page.
- Click the pencil icon next to the update you wish to modify.
- Edit your entries.
- Save your entry.
By default, Seraf automatically adds certain company-specific details to each Update. You can edit the company record itself to modify any of the additional details shared in an Update.
Note that KPIs and Updates are only available to Enterprise accounts and their members.
