Seraf Enterprise Accounts can send an email request to portfolio company contacts to provide an Update on Key Performance Indicators through an embedded form. To designate a contact, follow these steps:
- Open a company page by clicking the name of the company from anywhere in your account.
- Go to the Edit tab.
- In the section for Contacts, click the button to add a contact or edit an existing contact.
- Check the box for "Use this Contact for KPI or Update Requests".
- Save your entry.
Note that if you do not officially designate a contact to receive requests, the first contact with an email address will be the default recipient. There can only be one contact selected to receive Update Requests.
Note that KPIs and Updates are only available to Enterprise accounts and their members.
